Mindfulness Eating Course
All too often, we tend to rush through our meals, ignoring or simply not knowing how important our relationship to food is. Breath, Food, Water and Sleep are the main ingredients that keep us running. It's time to understand the reactions foods have with our bodies, brains and emotional selves!
Join us for this 5-week course designed to give you an introductory knowledge of nutrition, learn to eat mindfully for optimal health and nutrition, serve with love to yourself and others through the act of cooking, and build a supportive community in which to transform your cooking and eating habits and heal your relationship with food!
Classes run in blocks of 5 weeks.
Students will receive a course workbook.
Space is limited to 8 students for each course block.
