These relaxation-focused classes move slowly through postures designed for whole body and mental health and well-being. Movements are connected to breath cues, and class finishes with guided relaxation.
This is a great class for stress reduction. Well-suited for beginners to advanced students who enjoy slow to moderate classes, or if you have health concerns.
Mindful Movement is good for flexibility, balance, stress management, strengthening and relaxation.
Level 1 is our slow to moderately-paced class.
Level 2 is our moderately-paced, more challenging class.
Classes are available in 5, 10 or 15-week blocks.
Space is limited to 15 students for each Mindfulness Movement class.
If space permits, drop-ins are welcome.
