These relaxation-focused classes move slowly through postures designed for whole body and mental health and well-being. Movements are connected to breath cues, and class finishes with guided relaxation.
This is a great class for stress reduction. Well-suited for beginners to advanced students who enjoy slow to moderate classes, or if you have health concerns.
Mindful Movement is good for flexibility, balance, stress management, strengthening and relaxation.
Classes are available in 10-week blocks.
Space is limited to 15 students for each Mindful Movement class.
If a class is full, and more than 8 people are on the waiting list, we will create a new class slot during the week.
If space permits, drop-ins are welcome.
The next block of 10 Mindful Movement classes begins the week of January 8 and runs until the week of March 12.
