Mindfulness Meditation

These classes are designed to be an introduction to the practices that are expanded upon in our Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. These practices and concepts will include the benefits of meditation - myths and truths, connection to breath, sitting meditation, Yoga Nidra, understanding happiness and the Root of Misery, body scan for stress reduction and pain management.

This is a great class for stress management and relaxation. Well-suited for anyone from beginners to advanced students.

Mindfulness Meditation classes are structured with educational, experiential and reflection components.

Classes are available in 12-week blocks.
Space is limited to 20 students for each Mindfulness Meditation class.

If a class is full, and more than 8 people are on the waiting list, we will create a new class slot during the week.
If space permits, drop-ins are welcome.

The next block of 12 Mindful Movement classes begins the week of January 8 and runs until the week of March 26
